1. Make sure that you've connected the USB cable from the SMART Board to your computer.
2. Check the LED at the bottom right of the SMART Board.
- If the LED is solid green, proceed to step 4.
- If the LED is blinking green, or solid red, proceed to step 3.
- If the LED is not lit, please enter a ticket for tech support.
3. Open the Self Service app , click the category "Troubleshooting", and run "Restart SMARTBoardService".
4. Test your SMART Pens for functionality. If they still do not work while the LED is solid green, please enter a ticket for tech support.
