My SMART Pens aren't working...

1. Make sure that you've connected the USB cable from the SMART Board to your computer.

2. Check the LED at the bottom right of the SMART Board.  

3. Open the Self Service app , click the category "Troubleshooting", and run "Restart SMARTBoardService". Proceed to Step 4 when the policy shows as: Screen_Shot_2021-03-08_at_2.50.10_PM.png

4. Test your SMART Pens for functionality.  If they still do not work while the LED is solid green, please enter a ticket for tech support.
